Power Marine Centre - Power Pedestals and EZ Dock Systems

Frequently Asked Questions
Home > EZ Dock > FAQs

The following are questions that we are often asked about the EZ Dock system.

Can EZ Dock be left in the water during the winter?
It depends. Your EZ Dock may be left to freeze in if the ice does not shift. If the ice tends to push, they should be taken out.

What EZ Port (PWC and Boat Lifts) should I use.
It depends on the size of your personal water craft (PWC). Generally, an EZ Port 2 is suitable for 2 seat or small 3 seat PWC's. The EZ Port 3 is suitable for everything up to a 5 seat PWC. It is decided by the gross weight limitations:

  • EZ Port II--------------- 800 lb
  • EZ Port II with extension 900 lb
  • EZ Port III-------------- 1300 lb
  • EZ Port IV-------------- 1600 lbs
  • EZ Port IV with extension 2000 lbs
